On behalf of Japanese and Korean entertainment fans in India, we would earnestly request you to please add the live stream (OTT) of the English feed (having English subtitles) of the Singapore based channels - Animax Asia, GEM TV Asia and ONE TV Asia to the streaming app-cum-website Sony LIV based in India.

* While Animax Asia  broadcasts the latest Anime from Japan, ONE TV Asia broadcasts Korean general entertainment, and GEM TV Asia broadcasts Japanese general entertainment, with subtitles. These channels are based in Singapore and broadcasted in many other Asian nations like Myanmar, Philippines, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Maldives, etc.

* There is an ever-growing popularity of Japanese & Korean entertainment in India. Along with having a huge Anime fan base, India also has millions of people today who also love watching Japanese & Korean entertainment like Dramas, Music & Variety shows. But due to lack of legal sources in India, people have to resort to illegal websites.

* A recent survey shows that Indian audiences like to watch Japanese and Korean content more after regional language content. (https://www.indiatoday.in/binge-watch/story/after-hindi-and-english-india-watches-spanish-japanese-and-korean-shows-the-most-1648644-2020-02-21)

* Indian channels like Sony Entertainment Television India, Sony MAX and Sony SAB are already available in Singapore and Southeast Asia. They are also available for live streaming on SingTel Go and Starhub Go app. So it's only fair to allow Indians to watch ANIMAX, GEM and ONE.

* We request Sony LIV to renew the contract with KC Global Media Entertainment LLC and bring a package consisting of live streaming of ANIMAX, ONE and GEM for Indian audiences.

* Keeping in mind the costs occurred by Sony India, I have an idea :
Sony LIV can buy Animax + Gem + One package from KC Global Media .
Then it can charge extra as add-on, say Rs. 199 (in addition to regular premium) for one year.
We are fine with paying extra for the add-on package.
In this way Sony can also earn extra. Please consider it.
