Airtel keeps making fraudulent deductions from my line claiming I activated the service online. I have directed that they deactivate all services and block my line from all future adverts. They claimed they did this months ago, only to call today and be told that I am on being charged for another service. "Dear Valued customer, Please be informed that the WASP service on your line have been successfully deactivated. Thank you for choosing Airtel."

Messages to NCC in the past got no response.

I am sure Airtel is stealing millions of naira from millions of unsuspecting Nigerians daily.

NCC Pls, investigate AIRTEL and please,  STOP this fraud NOW.
