The Lincoln-Harrison Neighborhood Greenway is one of the oldest neighborhood greenways in the city, but one of the worst performing in terms of speed and volume of vehicles. Support the city's proposal to improve this greenway and make it safer for kids, cyclists, runners, walkers and dogs! Neighborhood Greenways are an essential part of Portland’s transportation needs and your support is essential!
