Why this petition matters

Started by David Connor

Twenty One Pilots is a band from Ohio that has quickly come to fame in a very short amount of time due to the overwhelming success of their most recent album "Blurryface". Their fan base, known for their passionate support for the band, has spread to millions across the world and has brought inspiration and encouragement to countless individuals. The members of the band, Tyler Joseph (lead singer) and Josh Dun (drummer) have lived out exemplary characteristics that appears to be scarce in today's entertainment industry. Twenty One Pilots is well-known for their phenomenal live performances, displaying a unique style of creative showmanship and energy that is hard to come by. With such a massive spike in popularity, it would be impossible to ignore nominating Twenty One Pilots as a possible candidate for the Super Bowl 52 Half Time Show. Taking into account their superb ability to energize a live audience, their encouraging and life-changing messages, and their positive role model potential, it would be hard to see why any other band deserves the honor to perform in the Half Time Show at Super Bowl 52 more than Twenty One Pilots does.
