Jock Stein is not a man fit to be in the Scottish Hall Of Fame, following the conviction of James Torbett of Celtic Boys Club in relation to the Sexual abuse of children it has again been confirmed that Jock Stein knew all about James Torbett's actions, and never informed the police,  Torbett was then welcomed back into the Celtic Family following a hiatus allowing him to abuse and ruin countless lives again.

This man should be taken out of the Scottish Hall Of Fame.
