Change PayPal's Seller Protection Policy regarding intangable goods!
Change PayPal's Seller Protection Policy regarding intangable goods!
The Issue
Artists around the world use PayPal as a way to get money to afford food, pay their bills, and to take care of themselves! In today's society, many artists work digitally which is considered an intangable good and is not protected under the Seller Protection Policy. This means it is extremely easy for customers to file a chargeback despite getting what they paid for, and in the end is hurting that artists. This needs to change!
Digital art is still a form of good that should be protected by PayPal! Digital art should be covered under this policy to ensure both parties are getting what they paid for and what got paid to do.
Do not let people cheat artists out of their hard earned money!
