Merrick George knew details only the arsonist would have known.

The police report says that MERRICK Colby George told his mother he "torched" our home, this was confirmed by a girl Amber Noell who was with Merrick at our house, when he told her to leave and he set the fires- he knew how the fire was started, according to the report his detailed admission to his mother was consistent with the arson investigators findings... something only he arsonist would know. He was stopped walking back to the fire, and questioned but the police admits in the report that his body camera was off. The report states that he should not have kmown abput the fire, unless he set it. Why has he not been arrested? He admitted to doing it, knew details, and there was a witness. Yet NO ARREST HAS BEEN MADE. JUSTICE HAS NOT BEEN SERVED AND IT SHOULD BE. THIS IS A COLLEGE TOWN WOMEN'S UNIVERSITY, AND THIS MAN IS FREE. HE WILL DO IT AGAIN. THIS MAN AND NOT ARRESTING HIM PUTS ALOT OF PEOPLE IN DANGER.
