To: Mercedes-Benz Arena in Berlin

Hello,

There are a lot of fans who didn’t get tickets, even though we sat in queue for over an hour. 
I almost got tickets, but because the “i’m not a robot” button didn’t work, somebody else got my ticket.

We are therefore requesting an extra concert if that is possible. BTS put on an extra show on their tour in LA, because of the same reason.

It would mean a lot to us, if we could get one more chance to get tickets.
