Could you please URGENTLY process the Complaints Submissions from Alexandra Samootin, 6/61 Redman Road, Dee Why, New South Wales, Australia¸ as per your email letter to her dated 5 November 2015 – “We confirm that we have received your complaint and that same is being processed.”

SUMMARY = HUMAN RIGHTS INTERNATIONAL LAW

I need your help to get this matter off the ground, so that we can OPEN the gates to use HUMAN RIGHTS INTERNATIONAL LAW at the domestic level to benefit all mankind.  Due to the malfeasance of the law, I was illegally evicted from my marital home at the age of 64 by a Court judge into the street.  My ex-husband had transferred the marital home, property and monies to his friend PJD.  PJD sold my marital home; paid out his bills; and then extended and renovated the home that the ex-husband had also purchased with the marital monies, without my consent and knowledge

Please view Samootin v Shea [2010] NSWCA 371 (21 December 2010) paragraphs 1-9 wherein it was stated that a miscarriage of justice had occurred.  But because I was bankrupted (illegally), I had no legal standing in the courts for the return of my marital property - nor should I have been forced to pay a third party's personal bills, including his mortgage.

I had legally used HUMAN RIGHTS INTERNATIONAL LAW in the NSW Court of Appeal and the High Court of Australia

CLIMATE CHANGE = HUMAN RIGHTS

United Nations article on “Human Rights and Climate Change” – as at 19 September 2019

What does climate change have to do with human rights?” published by “Greenpeace International” – on 10 December 2018

In other words, we really need Human Rights International Law at the domestic to empower us in the advocacy of climate change at the domestic level – and address the issue of human activities that contribute towards climate change
