Please make some changes to the game so that Russian players cannot join European servers in Dota 2. They ruin games for other players, because they play so horribly and most don't even speak English. Most players have complained about Russians runining games, but no action has been taken yet against them. So please ban Russians from EU servers, restrict their access somehow, so they can play only on Russia.
