Esther the Wonder Pig has been raised at the home of Derek Walter & Steve Jenkins, and she is the founding member of the Happily Ever Esther Farm Sanctuary in Campbellville, Ontario, where she currently resides. Esther's story has inspired hundreds of thousands of people worldwide. Her book Esther the Wonder Pig: Changing the World One Heart at a Time is a NY Times Bestseller and she's made countless TV and radio appearances. While Esther is a star, to Derek and Steve, she is a very important member of their family.

Esther has recently fallen ill, and is currently being treated at the Ontario Veterinary College in Guelph. Unfortunately, she needs immediate, urgent testing that can only be provided at Cornell University Veterinary Hospital in Ithaca, NY. The problem is that Esther would be required to undergo a 3 week quarantine upon her return to Canada after she receives the tests and treatment that she needs at Cornell.

Please sign the letter below and respectfully ask The Right Honourable Justin Trudeau and Mr. Paul Glover, President of the Canadian Food Inspection Agency, to waive this requirement for Esther, who is truly a Canadian national treasure.
