Dear President Trump,
My name is Chanvong Kim and I've recently been diagnosed with stage four right lobe lung cancer. I am also without any health insurance. I currently owe Valley Medical Center of Renton Washington and others almost $100,000.00 for my medical expenses and chemotherapy.
I am writing this letter to inform you that you should reduce a foreign budget and make a Health Care program possible to ensure that every US citizen has health insurance.
