The OC DA’s office has innocent blood on their hands…Finally, the Department of Justice has proof and Harvard Law School reviewed multiple case convictions finding prosecutorial misconduct  and full report can be found at http://fairpunishment.org/new-report-on-rates-of-prosecutorial-misconduct/            The DOJ is finally listening to the cries for justice of the people of Orange County, CA.  People have been saying for years that the Tony Rackauckas, the Orange County District Attorney, corrupt investigators and deputy DA's have knowingly falsified evidence, committed perjury, harassed and intimidated everyday citizens to build false cases against people that the OC DA's office thinks are easy targets to keep their #1 conviction rate in the state of CA. Members of the OC DA's office have been overheard bragging in courthouses and even taking bets on how many times they think they can setup a person by falsely convicting them the first time, giving them probation, then without out any evidence falsely accuse them of violating probation or parole and re-victimizing them again because a defendant can be "suspected" of violating a law and the defendant has no recourse to fight a corrupt legal system such as the OC DA's office.  But there is one way to fight back when their civil rights has been violated. Their families' friends, business associates, their churches, community activist can do one thing today---start a RECALL VOTE and get rid of every corrupt elected official that has been and is a part of a corrupt justice system. Starting with a clean slate. A fresh start is the only way to be sure that the 50+ years of corruption in the OC DA, OC Sheriff's office and OC Superior Court systems ends. How many more innocent families have to be destroyed before the "good people" that are left  in the OC find the courage to stand up and get rid of the corrupt elected officials so everyone else in the country, no in the world doesn't look at the "black eye" these corrupt officials have given our great county. The civil rights and human rights violations committed by these band of corrupt officials pales in comparison to those of third world countries.  The corruption in the OC DA's office has placed innocent people on death row and unfortunately killed many, others have been wrongly convicted and given life in prison or sentences that do not fit the crimes committed.  Someone once said that evil can only exist if good men sit back and do nothing. We the "Orange Curtain" has been lifted and we should all be ashamed!  It's time for a change...If they won't step down, then RECALL is our only recourse.
