Lenovo is not providing regular updates to its newly launched "K8 Series" Of Smartphones.

These devices have great hardware & potential but we can't max out performance because of the bugs which are not being resolved by Lenovo.Lenovo is simply ignoring us.

Because of bugs in the stock ROM itself, inspite of having source codes,we are unable to compile and custom ROMS which will allow us to utilise the full potential of these K8 devices.A custom ROM even if gets compiled, doesn't boot because of the bugs which Lenovo doesn't fix.Also no developer is ready to help us because of this.

As these devices are confirmed to be updated to Android Oreo,we the developers,users from the Lenovo K8 Community request Lenovo to implement Project Treble which will help us a lot in developing custom ROMS for these devices and ensure that these devices remain up to date with the latest custom Roms for a long time

Simply one implementation of the Project Treble by Lenovo will help the users of these K8 Devices a lot.They will be able to enjoy their devices to the fullest.

Building custom ROMS will become easier than ever before & we can have multiple not one custom ROM.

It's a humble request to Lenovo from devs & users of K8 Series ; Lenovo please implement Project Treble to the K8 Series with the Android Oreo Update.
