Super Mario Galaxy 1 & 2 are two of the most-loved games of all time, according to tens of thousands of people on Metacritic. Many Switch owners I've spoken to have expressed a desire to see these wonderful games remade for Nintendo's newest console, myself included. The motion controls of the Wii versions could make a smooth transition to the Switch's joycons, and a graphics update would make the game even more coveted for Wii-era fans. The success of these two games and Mario Odyssey demonstrate the consumers' want for incredible 3D Mario experiences, and a fortune could easily be made by porting such experiences to the Switch in Galaxy form.
