Salisbury Police Station closed a few months ago, and a Custody Suite was planned to be built, the Chief Constable has announced in the media that plans have been put on hold whilst the Deputy Chief Constable carries out a feasability study reporting back in February, but it is possible it will not be in Salisbury. Persons arrested in Salisbury since June have to be transported 30 miles to the Custody Suite at Melksham. The people of Salisbury & the surrounding areas deserve more & should support this petition
