Many boys at the age of 12 -17 were tortured by the State of Florida and some were murdered - raped - beaten and held hostage by Florida State School employees. These boys were entrusted to the authorties at both schools. One at Marianna and one at Okeechobee. Now authorties are saying the records are LOST.
