No employee of any business deserves to be terminated for reasons they cannot prevent and which is procedure. Employees at TD Bank are trained at a University for up to 5 weeks. None of this training had any way to prevent fraud. Fraud is not something that can be prevented. TD Bank sends out emails every so often about potential people that may be opening business account that can lead to fraud. The Account that was opened had all the correct papers and nothing indicated any potential fraud. 

This is important because no one deserves to be terminated as the result of doing their job and following a procedure that has holes in it.
