I. Los inmigrantes legalmente residenciados i como tal parte de la población de Curacao, le urgen a sus 21 representantes de su Parlamento, que encaminen con toda energía, un proceso determinado para cambiar i adaptar la decisión tomada en el mes de febrero en cuanto al cobro de tasas por la introducción de cualquier tipo de petición en el departamento de admisión de Curacao, conocida, bajo la ORDENANZA NACIONAL DEL 21 DE FEBRERO 2014 "A° 2014 N° 17" que modifica la ordenanza nacional sobre admisión y expulsión y la ordenanza sobre, derechos y tasas y honorarios Curacao 1992. 

II. Los inmigrantes legalmente residenciados i como tal parte de la población de Curacao, sienten la necesidad aguda para encaminar un proceso justo y cívico, en donde se pueda llegar a una decisión que no afecte ni al gobierno de Curacao, pero tampoco a la población legalmente residenciados i como tal parte de la población de Curacao .

III. Los inmigrantes legalmente residenciados i como tal parte de la población de Curacao, declaran un rechazo rotundo a todo los miembros de su Parlamento, que quieran mantener la mencionada decisión/ley i como tal destabilizando tanto el área familiar, el área financiera y el área educacional, así también como la gobernación de Curacao. Los inmigrantes legalmente residenciados i como tal parte de la población de Curacao, le piden a sus 21 representantes de su Parlamento, que detengan la mencionada decisión, porque es un estorbo serio para la población de inmigrantes legalmente residenciados i como tal parte de la población de Curacao.

IV. Los inmigrantes legalmente residenciados i como tal parte de la población de Curacao, rechazan categóricamente, un trato, que no sea igual o similar al de una persona nacida en el Pais de Curacao.

V. Los inmigrantes legalmente residenciados i como tal parte de la población de Curacao, hacen apelación al Parlamento de Curacao, que debe de bogar también por los intereses de los inmigrantes, estableciendo que no se puede imponer una ordenanza de tal índole, sin siquiera haber sostenido una previa consultación, con el grupo mas afectado, el que tiene que pagar por estos servicios prestados. 

VI. Los inmigrantes legalmente residenciados i como tal parte de la población de Curacao. Considerando que: el 40 al 50 por ciento de el salario bruto de un obrero ya es deducido al gobierno, sin recibir por ejemplo el debido servicio, y que este extremo peso de gastos en nada positivamente ayuda a las actividades económicas, urge a sus 21 Parlamentarios lo siguiente: que esta ley sea puesta bajo revisión, cambio o adaptación conforme a las situaciones reales de la población y el Pais en general. 

VII. Se firma este acuerdo con determinación i amor para Curacao.

I. Immigrants legally residing, and as such part of the population of Curacao, urge their 21 representatives of Parliament, to start a process to change and adapt, the decision made in the month of february, regarding the charging of fees, for the introduction of any kind of petition at the admissions department of Curacao, known under the national ordinance of the 21st of february 2014 "A° 2014 N° 17", amending the national ordinance on admission and expulsion and the ordinance regarding fees and charges Curacao year 1992

II. Immigrants legally residing, and as such part of the population of Curacao, feel the acute need to start a fair and civic process, where a decision can be reached, that affects neither the government of Curacao nor the population legally residing, and as such part of the population of Curacao.

III. Immigrants legally residing, and as such part of the population of Curacao, declare a resounding rejection to all the members of their Parliament, who want to keep the aforementioned ordinance "A° 2014 N° 17”, and in doing so, destabilising the family, financial and educational area, as well as the government of Curacao. Immigrants legally residing, and as such part of the population of Curacao, ask their 21 representatives of its Parliament, to stop this ordinance, because it’s a serious hindrance to the immigrant population, legally residing and as such part of the population of Curacao.

IV. Immigrants legally residing, and as such part of the population of Curacao, categorically reject any treatment, not equal or similar to a person born in the Country of Curacao.

V. Immigrants legally residing, and as such part of the population of Curacao, make appeal to the Parliament of Curacao, which must also defend the interests of immigrants, stating that it can not impose an ordinance, that will cause such an impact, without ever having held a prior consultation with the most affected group; the one who will have to pay for the services rendered.

VI. Immigrants legally residing, and as such part of the population of Curacao. Considering that, whereas 40 to 50 percent of the gross wage of a worker is already deducted to the government without receiving e.g. the due service, and this extreme weight of costs, in nothing positively helps the economic activities; urges his 21 parliamentarians the following: that this law be brought under review, change or adaptation according to the actual situations of the population and the country in general.
