Section 1: Inherent and inalienable rights.
The rights protected by the Constitution of the United States are the rights of natural individual persons only.

Section 2: Artificial entities which are not natural individual persons.
Artificial entities established by the laws of any State, the United States, or any foreign state shall have no rights under this Constitution and are subject to regulation by the People, through Federal, State, or local law. The rights and privileges of artificial entities shall be determined by the People, through Federal, State, or local law, and shall not be construed to be inherent or inalienable.

Section 3: Definition of free speech.
Freedom of speech shall be understood to be written, oral or artful expression of natural individual persons or persons acting in concert and shall not be understood to be represented by money, earthly goods and services or other forms of remuneration. Congress shall, however, make no law prohibiting the contribution of money, earthly goods and services or other forms of remuneration to causes which do not conflict with this Constitution.

Section 4: Prohibition against corrupting influence.
As the process of electing Representatives of the People is vulnerable to corruption through the influence of money and earthly goods and services, such shall not be offered to or accepted by candidates to elected office for any reason including for the purpose of funding campaigns for election. All such funds as are necessary for campaigns and other necessary expenses and salaries shall be provided exclusively by the People in such fashion as to be equitable for all elected officials, per office, and candidates certified to run for elected office, per office.

Section 5: Candidates for elected office and political Parties.
Candidates for elected office shall be certified by such political Parties as are themselves certified as legitimate by the various States. Certification of political Parties shall be by percentage of State population which is registered to vote for such Parties as prescribed by the States. The minimum membership requirement for legitimacy of political Parties shall be established by each individual State but in no case shall the membership requirement exceed 20% or be less than 3% of the individual State's population which is eligible to vote per the latest available official census. Entities organized for the primary purpose of commerce, religion or employment representation shall not be certified as political Parties. States shall provide means for allowing any specific organization to apply for status as a certified political Party when said organization surpass the minimum membership requirement, and shall also provide means for citizens to register as belonging to a specific political Party, and only one specific political Party, or else no Party. States shall also allow citizens to change their political Party affiliation at least once between National elections and shall be required to recertify each political Party at least six months prior to a National election. Each political Party, by means of vetting or primary elections or other similar means established by each State shall be eligible to offer only one candidate for elected office per office in National elections.
