Hi , I am Nooruddin Kanchwala, all my dear friends I need your help and support to expose one the reputed brand company named “Syska”. This company is fooling common people. This happened with me and it happens with every second person who buys Syska products. I have bought a Syska Gadget Secure for getting an insurance cover for my mobile phone. I never used expensive cell phone, but this time on the occasion Diwali I bought Karbonn Titanium Octane worth Rs. 9700. Actually, this time my friends insisted me to buy an expensive phone.  When I saw there is an insurance cover for the mobile phones that too of a reputed company like Syska. I bought an expensive mobile because I was assured of the insurance cover. The things Syska said in their Gadget Secure Package were in such a way that anybody could for that.  I am changing my writing language from English to Hinglish..  so that each and every one could understand how this companies make fool of us and we the common man never do anything for it.

Lekin ab bas bohat ho gaya, hum mehnat ker k ek ek paisa jodte hai apni mann chiz kharidte hai aur ye company humare shant rehne ka fayda uthati hai. Unhe pata hai k hum kuch nahi karenge, kyuki nah humare pass paisa aur na hi time hai. Ye logo ko ache pata hota hai ki in chizo ki kami ki wajah se hum consumer forum main complaint tak nahi karenge. Isiliye ye log hum jaiso ko lute jaate hai, aur khamosh apne aapko bewakuff bante dekhte hai. Mera phone price 10,000 Rs k ander tha isiliye mujhe 499 Rs ka Syska Gadget Secure, jo ki ek ensurance cover hai. Is insurance cover main ye kaha gaya tha k ager mera phone kho jaata hai, ya tut jaata hai, jalta hai, bhigta hai, dubta hai wagera wagera.. Toh iska harjaana company bharengi.  

Mera phone maine mere bhai ko use kerne diya jab wo Bangalore jaa ra ha tha interview k liye. Maine use is liye apna phone diya tha kyu k mujhe kisi baat ka dar nahi tha k mera phone ghumenga ya tutenga ya chori ho jayenga. Kyuki mujhe Syska ki taraf se bohat saare features aur insurance cover prapt huaa tha.  Mujhe sath main quick heal ka antivirus bhi  mila tha. Quick heal main bohat sare security features the jisme ek ye bhi tha k ager koyi mera mobile per wrong pattern ya password dal deta hai to uski photo khichi jaati thi aur wo mobile main aur server pe save ho jaati thi. Jab mera mobile ghuma usme ka koyi feature mere kaam nai aaya. Na mera phone trace huaa nahi kisi photo aayi aur na uski location details mili.

Mera cell Banglore station per se chori huaa, mera bhai train main chadh raha tha, uski waqt kisi ne mauke ka fayda uthate huye, mobile chura liyaa. Jab wo apni jagah per pohacha aur apni jeb chek ki to mobile ja chukka tha. Mobile na milne per wo pareshan ho gaya. Usne ass pass dhundne ki koshish ki mager koyi fayda nahi huaa. Kisi trah usne mujhe call kiyaa, maine use shant hone ko kaha wo bohat ghabra gaya tha. Zindagi main pehli bar uske pass itni mehngi chiz chori gayi. Maine use kaha ghabra mat phone insured tha tu tesion mat le. Sabse complaint register ker railway police tension main. Tab tak main syska helpline pe call ker k claim register kerwata hu. Us samay main continue helpline per call kerta raha mager kisi ne pick nai kiya. Policy k hisab se mujhe 24 Hrs k ander helpline per complaint register kerwani hoti hai. To maine complain e- mail through register kerne ki koshi ki. Maine company ko pura matter mail kiya. Next day mujhe mail ka reply aaya usme kaha gaya tha ki mujhe company dwara call aayenga aur waha main apna claim register ker sakta hu. Claim register kerwane per mujhe  301114359 ye complain number diiya gaya. Unhone documents ki requirement aur process mujhe samajhayi aur 48Hrs ka samay diyaa documents jama kera ne k liye.

Policy requirements k anusar mujhe Mobile ka original bill aur original police complaint reports submit kerni padi aur mujhe se kaha gaya ki 21 dino k ander tumhe naya phone ya same price ka cheque diya jayenga.  Maine given time main saare original documents submit ker diye. 2 din bad mujhe Syska se call aaya samne wala bana kehne laga k appki police report main phone missing likha huaa hai  aur hu sirf theft aur burglary ko insurance cover provide kerte hai. Maine unse kaha bhi ki mere bhai complaint likhai thi phone chori hone ki ab policewalo ne report main phone was missing likha to issme humari kya galti. Tumne jo jo documents kahi maine submit ki aura b tum log bahane ker rahe ho usne kaha k ek kaam kero website pe se ek form download kero aur police walo ka stamp sign leke aao. Maine wo form bhai ko mail kiya aur police walo k pass sign kerne gaya to police walo ne kisi bhi trah sign ya stamp kerne se mana ker diyaa. Maine syska walo baaten sunai aur unhone kaha k 21 din main aap ko aapka claim mil jayenga. 21 din pure ho jane k bad jab maine helpline se inquire kiya k mere claim ka status kya hai? Unhone jawab diya k theft case main thoda time zyada lagta hai appko ek week aur rukna padenga. Aur is tarah din bitte gaye aur ye log process main hai yahi khehte rahe. Bad main to ye logo ne mera call hold per hi rakhna shuru ker diyaa.. mera time waste hone laga tha Ek mahine se bhi zyada ho gaya tha. Na mujhe mera mobile mila na hi claim. Main roz call kerta raha aur wo log ek minute hum check ker k bat ate hai aur hold per call chod dete hai.

Mere bardasht ki limit khatam ho gayi, maine fir se ek aur bar call kiya lekin is bar jisne call uthaya mainu use jata k kaha k mera call hold per rakh ker mat chodna werna iska anjaam thk nai honga. Usne fir kaha k main details chek ker k batati hu kryupyaa line per bane rahe aur call hold per daal diyaa. Adha ghanta call chalta raha mager kisi ne jawa nahi diya. Maine call disconnect kiya aur fir takriban do ghante bad mujhe Syska walo call aaya, ye call usi ladki ne kiya usne maafi mangi aur kaha uske senior baat kero. Jab maine uske senior se mere claim ka status pucha to usne kaha k mera claim reject ho chukka hai. Company sir Theft aur Buglary case main insurance provide kerti hai missing main nahi. Maine unhe clarification bhi diya aur pucha k missing ho jaane main aur theft burglary main kya farak hai, to banda online uska meaning dhund ker mujhe meaning batane laga.  After that call I mailed Syska complaining about the claim rejection

I have registered my claim on 30th November 2014 and submitted my documents on 1st December  2015 after completing all the process and submitting documents, I was told that I will get my claim in 21 working days. Today is 10th January 2015, I didn't got my claim, didn't got any message or call. After 21 days call syska help and asked about the claim status. The person on the call said my claim is sent for approval, it will take more time as it is a theft case. I waited for a whole week and again called syska help and now this they picked up took my all the details and said please be online until we check your claim status, they put me on hold and never replied back and after 9 to 10 minutes the call got disconnected.  from last 3 days this syska help thing repeated and today same thing happened. But anyways I got a call back from the syska help. The concerned department person Mr Shipurkar said your claim got rejected, as the company only covers for Theft and buglary case and you don't fall in that insurance cover.

When I asked him the difference between the stolen and theft or buglary, he read a definition about theft and buglary. I said if I didn't fall in the insurance cover than why you wasted my time in process I collected the documents and then submitted. You wasted more than a month and now you people say the claim didn't fall in the criteria. No for the explanation the written below is on your website and is also on the package which a bought. I want my claim in within 2 days. otherwise I will take this matter to the consumer forum... I you wasted my time and money as well. You have to compensate for that.

Company ki website pe kya likha tha ye main aapko bata hu aur upper main us website ki ek snapshot bhi post ker raha hu check ki kijiye k uspe kya likha huaa tha. Main chahta to consumer forum k through company per dawa thok sakta tha.  Mager main naukri kerta hu case k liye bar bar time nahi nikal sakta nahi mere pass itna paisa hai ki kisi wakeel k through un logo ko notice bhijwa saku. Mager main ek content writer aur online marketing expert hu. Main chahta hu hum sab milke in Syska walo ko ko aisa sabak sikhaye k ye log shabdo ka khel ker k logo ko ulloo bana ker paisa na aithe. Mujhe to lagta hai ki company ko mera mobile mil gaya hai. Kyuki original bill aur police complaint report unhi k pass thi. Itni badi company hai aur is tarah logo ka paisa chura rahi hai. 9700 Rs Syska k liye bohat badi baat nahi thi, balki is amount ka 10% wo log claim main minus kerte hai. Wo phone badi mehnat ker k ek ek paisa jod ker liya, paise kam padne per dosto se udhar liiye, mager maine wo phone kharida kyuki main sure tha k mujhe insurance cover mil raha now my mobile is protected and secure.
