Sasha Alexander is most likely best known for her portrayal of Special Agent Caitlin Todd; as a huge fan of NCIS I have noticed that many fans feel as I do that the show is still superb in almost every aspect, except one; the death of Caitlin Todd on the show has left a somewhat empty feeling; with the departure of Special Agent Ziva David; Cote de Pablo who was a God send so many years ago to the show, this leaves the perfect opportunity to resurrect Sasha Alexander's character. Having seen "A Man Walks into a Bar" and the 200th episode "Life Before His Eyes;" Sasha Alexander (Caitlin Todd) is still one of the most impactful characters nine years after her departure. Caitlin and Tony married, with a child is how the writers as well as myself envisioned these two characters.
