I have recently learned that the case reguarding the kidnapping of Amber Swartz-Garcia has been closed by the Pinole Police Department. To date, the only evidence pertaining to the case has been a suspect asking to be taken off death row if he told what he knew regaurding Amber's case. 

Many of you know that Amber was a child in our center up until the day she was abducted.

In fact, I was the first call her mother made when she noticed Amber was not playing in front of her house any longer. I have remained in contact with her mother, Kim Swartz, and she informed me that there has never been any evidence pointing to the man on death row, or leading to where Amber is.

I lost my son 35 years ago and that was hard ! This too is extremely difficult for me.

I cannot even imagine what Kim goes through everyday.
